How to disable user access and re-assign their clients

When a user no longer requires access to your MagManager account you can disable their access and re-assign the clients to another user.

Steps to disable a user account

Step 1 - Go to the main Settings page.

Step 2 - Under Admin > Select Users

Step 3 - Click on the users name

Step 4 - Tick the ‘Account Disabled’ check box. You can untick this box later if you want to re-enable the user.

Step 5 - Click Update to save the changes.

To enable a disabled user account

Follow the steps above and this time uncheck the Account Disabled check box and click update

 

 

 

How to see user accounts that have been disabled

Step 1 - Go to the main Settings page.

Step 2 - Under Admin > Select Users

Step 3 - At the top of the screen, turn on the toggle switch ‘Show Disabled Users’.  All disabled users will appear in the list with a red cross in the Enabled column.

 

 

How to reassign clients to another user

This feature is useful if a user leaves and you need to assign their client to another user. The clients, all their bookings based on who the client is assigned to including historical ones, their actions and artwork will all be assigned to the new user.

Step 1 - Go to the main Settings page.

Step 2 - Under Admin > Select Users

Step 3 - At the top of the screen, turn on the toggle switch ‘Show Disabled Users’.  All disabled users will appear in the list with a red cross in the Enabled column.

Step 4 - In the Action column for the disabled user > Click Reassign.

Step 5 - In the pop up, locate the ‘To’ drop-down and select the user's name you wish to re-assign to. 

Step 6 - Click Reassign.
