
In order to set historical bookings as invoiced, the bookings must be more than 3 months old. The date is based on the issue booked not the date the booking was made.
Steps to set historical bookings as invoiced
Step 1 - Go to the main settings page.
Step 2 - > Under Settings > Click System Defaults > Set the accounts package as please select or Sage if using Xero > Click Update - this disconnects MagManager from your accounts package.
Step 3 - Click Bookings on top navigation bar > Select the month/issue of the bookings you want to mark as invoiced > This will display all the bookings for that month/issue - if you sort the order by the invoiced column the ones with a red X will appear at the top - take a screenshot of this for reference so you can come back to check they show a green tick.
Step 4 - Go to the main settings page.
Step 5 - Under Import > Select Set Historical Bookings As Invoiced.
Step 6 - Set the date as per the example below:
For November bookings you'll set the date as 30/11/2025
For December bookings you'll set the date as 30/12/2025

Step 7 - Click the blue button 'Set All Bookings As Invoiced'
Step 8 - Go back to the main settings page > Under Settings > Click System Defaults > Choose your accounts package from the drop-down and have Link To account package on > Click Update - to reconnect your accounts package.
Step 9 - To check the bookings have been marked as complete, return to the bookings screen and and select the month/issue, a green tick will appear in the invoiced column.
