Q1 - Can I convert an existing client to an agency?
No, It's not possible to convert a client to an agency.
You will need to manually add them as a new agency in your MagManager account.
For existing clients who are agencies and have historical bookings. In order to keep the booking history you will need to update the company name eg from Fleet Street Comms to Fleet Street Comms (Add Client Name).
Once the client name as been updated, you will then be able to create an agency under the original name Fleet Street Comms.
