Steps to create a zip file.
A zip file containing all the artwork for an issue can be created to share externally with your team.
Step 1 - Go to the flatplan overview for that issue.
Step 2 - Select Auto Publish Options.
Step 3 - Select ‘Create Zip File’.
Step 4 - Select 'Create.
Step 5 - The ninja will appear on screen. Once complete a folder with the publication name and issue will be downloaded to your computer. Generally this will be found in the downloads folder, but may be in a different folder depending on your set up.
Sep 6 - Selecting the page number file will display the artwork of the individual adverts that make up the page.
