How to make a document template available on the email tab of the client record

Steps to make a document template available on the email tab of the client record

Step 1 - Go to the main settings page.

Step 2 - Under Admin > Select Document Templates.

Step 3 - Select My Documents tab

Step 4 - Use the search box to find the document template > Click the red X in the Available on client column.

Step 5 -The red X will be replace by a green tick.

Step 6 - The email will now be displayed on the client record under the Email tab, ready to be edited if required and sent to the client.
