Steps to email an individual client
Step 1 - Open the client record.
Step 2 - Click on the email address (top right of the screen).

Step 3 - This will open your default email client, allowing you to email the client directly from your own email account, such as Outlook or Mac Mail and sends the email directly from there and NOT through the MagManager mail server.
NOTE - MagManager is providing a ‘Mail To’ link which opens your default email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Mail or Mac Mail).
This will only work if you have a default email client set up on your computer. See Email trouble shooting question 3 if you need help setting this up.
Step 4 - When your email client opens you'll notice MagManager has auto-populated the To field with the client's email address and the Bcc field with the email address rocket@magmanager.space - this adds a copy of the email you send to the client timeline in MagManager.
NOTE - However, unlike emails sent out directly from MagManager, the replies do NOT appear in MagManager. Replies will only appear in your email inbox.
