Q1 - Client is not appearing in renewals.
Cause 1: The client has been carried forward from a previous renewal to an future issue.
Solution1: Open the client record, find their last booking eg May. Then open the renewals for June and check if they have been carried forward to a future issue. If they were carried forward to December, they won't appear in the normal renewals schedule: last issue, 2 issues ago etc. They will only appear again for the issue they have been carried forward to.
Cause 2: It has been 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11 months since their last booking.
Solution 2: Open the client record, find their last booking eg January. As you're working on the June issue, the January booking was 5 issues ago therefore they won't show up by default.
The schedule clients appear on renewals are:
Booked in Last Issue
Booked in 2 issues ago
Booked in 3 issues ago
Booked in 6 issues ago
Booked in 12 issues ago
If using themes they will also display
Booked in last themed issue
Booked in 2 themed issues ago
Booked in 3 themed issues ago
Booked in 6 themed issues ago
Booked in 12 themes issues ago.
After 12 issues ago clients will drop off the renewals unless they are carried forward to a specific future issue.
This is how the regular renewals schedule works - example:
If you're working on May renewals, and you don't know when the client could potentially return, mark them as Definitely out for the May issue. They will then appear in renewals on the regular schedule.
If they don't book in May they will appear in June renewals as Booked in two issues ago - no forward bookings.
If they still don't book in June they will appear in July renewals as Booked in three issues ago - no forward bookings.
If they still don't book in July, they will next appear in October renewals as Booked in six issues ago - no forward bookings.
If they still don't book in October, they will next appear in April renewals as Booked in twelve issues ago - no forward bookings.
