Steps to create a single invoice (from the client record financial tab)
Step 1 - Select Clients on the top navigation bar > Click the client name to open the client record.
Step 2 - Select the Financial tab - then Create Invoice tab.
Step 3 - Select the bookings you wish to invoice by click the check box in the first column.
Step 4 - Click the green button ‘Create an invoice for (3) Bookings Now’.

Step 5 - The newly created invoice will appear on the Invoices tab. (under Financial tab).
Step 6 - Click the magnifying glass to display the invoice details. From here the buttons to email, print and cancel the invoice are also displayed
Step 7 - Click the edit button should you wish to edit the invoice description. Click the save button to save any changes. (It's the same edit button now displaying a save icon).

Connected to Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, KashFlow or FreeAgent?
When an invoice is created in this way, from the financial tab of the client record, the invoice will transfer immediately to the accounts package.
