In MagManager, the mailshot dashboard is accessed by going to Reports > Select Create Mailshots > Click the black envelope. It provides an overview of the mailshot campaign.
Create a new mailshot
To create a new mailshot click the green button New Mailshot. How to create a mailshot

Mailshots screen overview
Displayed in the list are:
Date - the date the email/SMS was sent.
Name - the name of the document sent.
Email/SMS - the number of emails/SMS messages sent as part of the campaign.
Responses - the number of responses to that campaign.
View - click the view email button to display a copy of the email sent.

View example of the sent mailshot
To view an example of the mailshot email message that was sent, click the view email button.
View list of companies the mailshot was sent to
To view a list of the companies the mailshot was sent to, click the number under the emails/SMS header.

A list of companies will be displayed. When replies to the mailshot are received, the responded column will update as below:
Green tick - indicated a reply has been received.
Red X - indicated no reply has been received.

Tip - In order for responses to be tracked the Tracking ID token must be added to the email document template before it is sent.
