The email logs record emails sent from MagManager and displays entries from the last 3 months.

Any emails not sent will display a red X in the Sent column along with a message in the Errors column.

Example error messages and how to resolve them
Error Message - Service not available, closing transmission channel. The server response was: SMTP session maximum lifetime has been reached, please reconnect.
The email server it was trying to send the email to timed out. This can happen if the email server that the email is going to is very busy.
Error Message - The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.57 Client not authenticated to send mail. Error: 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, user password has expired. [DB6P18901CA0023.EURP189.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]
This message is specific to MagManager users who use their own mail server. It indicates that there is an issue with their password. The user should check their mail server account and ensure the password is correct. As the error is to do with the user's own mail server, MagManager support cannot help with this issue.

This message is specific to MagManager users who use their own mail server. It indicates that there is with authentication. The user should check their mail server account. They may have switched on 2 factor authentication which STMP does not support on Outlook accounts. This should be switched off. As the error is to do with the user's own mail server, MagManager support cannot help with this issue.
Error Message - No Recipients
There is no email address in the email field on the client record. Check the client record and update as necessary.
Error Message - An invalid character was found in the mail header: '@'.
Check the client email address for invalid characters.
Error Message - Exceeded storage allocation. The server response was: 5.3.4 message size limit exceeded
Check the size of any attachments added to the email message, all attachments should be below 10Mb in size.
Error Message - The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address.
Check the email address field of the client record. Update as necessary.
