Steps to cancel a booking in MagManager
The red minus sign on the booking listing is used to cancel single or multiple bookings that have not been invoiced.
Step 1 - Open the client record and select the bookings tab.
Step 2 - Select either Adverts, Content or Miscellaneous tab.
Step 3 - To open the booking click on the centre of the blue box (gold for premium pages).
Step 4 - Click the red minus sign next to each booking line to be cancelled.

Step 5 - Click Save Booking.
Step 6 - The booking grid will update and the cancelled booking will no longer be displayed

Steps to cancel bookings in MagManager using quick delete.
The bin icon on the issue header of the booking grid allows you to quickly delete at once, single or multiple bookings that have not been invoiced.
Step 1 - Open the client record and select the bookings tab.
Step 2 - Select either Adverts, Content or Miscellaneous tab.
Step 3 - Click the bin icon in the issue header - this automatically selects the bookings in this issue for ALL publications and they will turn red.

Step 3a - To deselect a booking click the bin icon on the booking line for individual bookings or the bin icon in the header to deselect all bookings. Deselected bookings will turn back to their original colour blue or gold for premium pages.

Step 4 - Click Delete xx Bookings - bottom right of the page,
Step 5 - A confirmation pop up appears click Delete Bookings and then confirm by clicking Yes.

Steps to cancel a booking which has been invoiced
As it's not possible to cancel an invoiced booking, the invoice would need to be cancelled first, before the booking can be cancelled.
Step 1 - Follow the steps here that explain how to cancel an invoice.
Step 2 - Follow the steps above to cancel a booking in MagManager.
Step 3 - If you choose to print the cancelled invoice it will appear as below with a cancelled stamp across the middle.
