Steps to manage the client's web directory listing
Step 2 - Enter their name in the search box.
Step 3 - Click their name to open the client record.
Step 4 - Select Details tab.
Step 5 - Under Web & Social > Select Manage Listing.

Step 6 - By default the client will be included in the web directory during the months they have a booked advert. If they do not have an advert booked they will not appear in the web directory.
This can be overridden by turning on the toggle switch Always Include in Directory. Like wise if you do not wish a client to appear in the directory turn on the toggle switch Never Include in Directory.

Step 7 - Select the contact details to be used in the web directory by turning the toggle switches on. By default it uses the contact information from the client details tab.
Should you wish to override the phone number and email address, add the new details to be displayed in the Contact Number and Email fields.
Step 8 - To create an enhanced listing, Additional information about the client can be added in the text box and formatted using the tool bar.
Step 9 - A logo can be added by clicking the image icon in the tool bar, and selecting the image from your device. The recommended image size is 100 pixels.
Step 10 - Click Save.
TIP - alternative way to access manage listing
When previewing the web directory, the client record can be accessed by clicking on their listing.
Step 1 - Go to to main Settings page.
Step 2 - Under Settings > Select Web Directory.
Step 3 - Select Preview Directory Tab.
Step 4 - Select a month to preview from the drop-down box.

Step 5 - Scroll down to see a preview of the web directory. Click the client's listing to open the client record, where you can access their Mange listing settings as above.
