Steps to download an article to use across multiple publications
In this example the same full page content is booked into three publications.
The same full page content box is attached to all three booking lines.
Step 1 - Open up the flat plan and locate the booking in the side bar.
Step 2 - Click on the centre of the content to open up the Content Details page.
Step 3 - Click Find Content.
Step 4 - The articles listing will open up > Click the article you wish to use.
Step 5 - The article page will open up > Select Place on Flat Plan.
Sep 6 - This takes you back to the flat plan with the article displayed.
Step 7 - The article will also appear on the flat plan of the other two publications, either in the sidebar or on a page of the flat plan if it has already been allocated a page.
