When downloading articles from MagManager content you may see one of three error messages. These notes cover how to resolve them.
1 - You have already used 2 of this category of article
Your subscription allows you to download a maximum of two articles from each category per month.
If you try to download a third you will see a warning message, ‘You have already used 2 of this category of article’, rather than the download buttons.
Step 1 - To resolve this click the history tab on the top navigation bar.
Step 2 - Locate the article you will not be using and click the red button 'I won't use this' to remove the article from your downloads.
Step 3 - You will now be able to download another article from that category.
2 - You have chosen not to use this content. If you have changed your mind, then please go to history where you can reinstate this content.
If you have set an article to 'I Won't Use This' then late decide you would like to use it, when you click on the article you'll see the error message ‘You have chosen not to use this content. If you have changed your mind, then please go to history where you can reinstate this content’.
Step 1 - To resolve this click the history tab on the top navigation bar.
Step 2 - On the History screen, ensure you have the 'Show Deleted' toggle switch turned on (green)
Step 3 - Locate the article you wish to use and click the green 'I will Use This' button.
3 - This content has already been used in a competitor's magazine
If you see the error message 'This content has already been used in a competitor's magazine' this indicates another user in the same postcode area has used this article.
Step 1 - To resolve this click search to return to the article search page.
Sep 2 - Choose the article in another design style or download the zip file and create your own design.
