When i open the pages of the digital flipbook some pages are blank, there is a grey x in the middle of the page.

To generate the page, open the flatplan and click on the red x to mark the page as complete.
If the page is already marked as complete, take the page complete setting off and put it back on again.
After updating the page complete setting, if the digital flipbook page is still not displaying the artwork, it's likely your device is displaying the page from it's cache memory rather than the server.
