How to cancel an invoice

Steps to cancel an invoice

Step 1 - Select Clients on the top navigation bar > Click the client name to open the client record.

Step 2 - Select the Financial tab - then Invoices tab.

Step 3 - Click the magnifying glass next to the invoice you wish to cancel, this expand the invoice and displays details of the invoice.

Step 4 - Click the red Cancel Invoice button.

 

Step 5 - A pop up will appear asking to to confirm > Select the red Yes button > Are you sure will appear select the green Yes button. 

 

Step 6 - When you return to the invoices tab the cancelled invoice will appear in red.

 

Step 7 - If you choose to print or email the invoice > it will appear with a cancelled stamp across it.
