    FAQ: Login error - 404 error header request too long

    Question:

    I can not login to MagManager on Microsoft Edge, I get the error message 404 header request too long. 

    Answer: 

    This is an issue specific to your device, it's likely that you have a cookie that has grown too big.

    Step 1 - Open Microsoft Edge (other web browsers may have a different layout).

    Step 2 - Visit magmanager.co.uk

    Step 3 - When the page opens, click on the padlock to the left of the URL in the address bar.

    Step 4 - Click Cookies and site data.

    Step 5 - Click Cookies (2 cookies in use).

    Step 6 - Expand the entries in the domain list to reveal the cookies set for each one.

    Step 7 - Select the Cookies folders for magmanager.co.uk and www.magmanager.com and click Remove.

    Step 8 - Refresh the page, by clicking the circular arrow refresh button, then try visiting the page you were having trouble with.
