Question:
I'm trying to clear artwork or replace the artwork but the Upload Artwork and Clear Artwork buttons are greyed out.

Answer:
You cannot clear artwork if it has been used in a previous issue that has been marked as complete.
This prevents you deleting previous artwork.
Instead you should update the booking with a new advert and upload the new artwork there.

Steps to update the booking with a new advert
Step 1 - Open the client record and open the booking,
or from the flatplan > Open the advert details > Click the View Booking button. 
Step 2 - Click the green button New Advert/Content > Select the advert/content size from the drop-down menu.
Step 3 - Drag & drop the new advert/content box down onto the booking line.

TIP - If the booking has already been invoiced you will need to click the gold padlock to unlock it first before you can drag & Drop a new advert onto the booking line.

Step 4 - Save the booking.
Step 5 - Now when you open the artwork box - you'll see the Upload Artwork button ready for you to upload the new artwork.

NOTE: Beneath each artwork box you can see which publications and issues this particular piece of artwork is being used in, so it's always worth checking that information before you upload any artwork. As the artwork you upload will appear in all the publications and issues listed.
